Flamethrowers should be outlawed.
I co-directed all three Lethal Weapon movies. In the first one there was a guy with a flamethrower walking down the street terrorist style. He turns and fires it down the street. The flame goes, I would say, more than 70 feet. It is one of the coolest things, and very frightening – if you want to see the movie, that alone is worth the price of admission. I got to see it in person!
The guy operating it said he had no idea how far the flame would go, as it was the first time he operated it. The guy said he didn’t even have the throttle opened all the way out. I’m glad I didn’t know that before we shot the scene.
Mount a flamethrower on the back of a pickup or flatbed truck and drive it down some dirt roads at night, and you could wreak havoc like no one has ever even imagined before.
That’s how the fires must’ve been set in Napa Valley.
Things like this make it seem that there are many, many crazy people in the world, when in actuality there’s a whole lotta crazy in this country’s government. You add mind control into the mix and it’s a recipe for disaster. It’s a sad fact that the earthquake* in Napa a few years ago, the false evacuation order and the looting during the evacuation of Florida, the mass shooting in Vegas, and now these fires were all planned by the same people.
We have to limit the power of the presidency so they have to do the will of the majority. The President is a public servant – not a god.
