“Mitch McConnell is Kentucky’s longest-serving senator. First elected to the Senate in 1984, he made history that year as the only Republican challenger in the country to defeat a Democrat incumbent and as the first Republican to win a statewide Kentucky race in nearly two decades. McConnell was elected to a record sixth term in 2014 with broad support from across the commonwealth, winning 110 of Kentucky’s 120 counties.”
from McConnell’s website.
Mitch McConnell has never won an election.
No Republican has won a presidential election beginning with Eisenhower. Nixon told me he didn’t win. I was a very young girl so I said, “Of course you won or you wouldn’t be President.”
Nixon said he wanted to be President so badly he could taste it. Some men came to him and said they could fix it so he would win. He said fine. Then he started to get a glimpse into the kind of chaos and evil behind the shadow people and it worried him that he may have sold his soul to the Devil. He said he was actually relieved when Bobby Kennedy was so far ahead in the polls he figured there was no way he could catch up to Bobby, and the evil men would go away.
Bobby had an astounding 95% approval rating world wide. Bobby Kennedy was shot the night he won the California primary which meant he would get the Democratic nomination to run for President.
Nixon claimed he was certain he would lose to Bobby, but the next thing he knew he was being told they killed Kennedy. The evil shadow dwellers were young then, they are old now and up to the same old tricks.
Nixon told me he didn’t want a Presidency like Eisenhower, he said everybody hated Eisenhower. He cried when he told me.
I’m not sure exactly how I got to sit in the oval office with Nixon or how many times we met. I was the girl who called the security desk at the Watergate Hotel to tell them of a break in. I think Nixon wanted to explain to me that he had nothing to do with the break in. He said they weren’t robbing the Democratic Headquarters, they were looking for dirt on McGovern.
Even though McGovern was not nearly as popular as Kennedy, he still beat Nixon by such a wide margin, that Nixon was certain he would be discovered, especially since people already suspected him of killing Bobby Kennedy.
I’m not sure why Nixon didn’t out the shadow men, since he could see what they were capable of, and what they were doing to the US. The deal Nixon made with them made his wife, Pat, hate him.
I talked with President Nixon enough to know his heart was in the right place: but, he sold his soul to the devil to become president and he ended up alone and hated by many Americans.
Trump’s problem is he forgot he cheated to become president. He told me over and over that the American people will follow behind him because they’ll consider themselves lucky to have a god for a president. I asked what he would do about the people who don’t follow behind him? “Bomb them,” he answered.
When Trump’s staffers say he gets upset when he watches the news, I’m sure he has said things like “Bomb them,” out loud.
